Suzie forwarded me this email and I thought it was cute

2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

Memorial weekend ...updated too
For Memorial Day weekend Derek had 3 days in a row off!! Friday we went to dinner, Saturday we headed over to Linda's to celebrate her and Damon's birthday's, as well as hook up electric for her spa. The kids love to go over to there Grandma's house because Grandma "hooks it up!" Between white donuts, juice boxes, chips, pool, slip-n-slide, bubbles, always new toys in their room to play with, and of course Grandma...they LOVE it there. On Sunday Derek had a "boys" day of golf, drinking, BBQing, and hanging out. Mike, John, Kelly and Derek seemed to have a great time golfing and looking by the pic of Derek and Mikey 'holding each other up' that the beer was a flowing! On Monday I shopped all day with Emma (haha Derek!) and Derek watched TV with Drew....was he feeling very well??? Great laid back weekend and when I get a chance a slide show will come:)
Okay well I got some time to do a slide during the kids nap:) Also, here is a picture of me and my tummy! I have really popped out recently and the baby is moving all around. As everyone knows I HATE pictures of myself and more so being pregnant....so you are all lucky I have posted this one with the way my ARM is!! hehe

Girl?
Okay, so now I have had two ultrasounds (one at 18 and one at 21 wks) to make sure certain measurements we on target with the baby and OF COURSE I wanted to find out what we were having! The one last week did not go as well as the one 3 wks prior to it because the little baby would not uncross those dang legs!! They were crossed at the knees and at one point even grabbed from behind the thighs and lifted up! What the hell is that all about! Anyways, we think it is a girl and so did the tech since she was able to get a few shots in, but they are not the greatest. I just need to decorate the room, so this not knowing is driving me crazy! I have not bought anything boy or girl yet, well I did buy this little outfit that Derek demonstrated for the camera (he was trying to be so tough)! Now just going to get a 3D one and if that does not work I am not buying ANYTHING! Well, at least try not too!
Jenny had her baby!
Today Jenny had her baby boy, Garrett Edward!! I headed over to the hospital this evening to see the baby and his very prod (and very tired) parents! The little one is just so dang cute with dark hair and the most prefect nose!! Jen was in labor for just 12 hours and pushed for only 30 minutes (14 pushes)! I have not heard of that for a very long time from a first time mom...wonder what she did, haha. Garrett came out at 19.5 inches and 7.8 pds. He is just a perfect size. No photos, sorry!

Auntie Patty here & Mother's Day
Auntie Patty and her doggies, Jack and Murph, came this past week to SEE US!! They were here on Wednesday and left after a late lunch yesterday. The kids loved the dogs and were so excited to see Auntie Patty. Patty had her friends to see, D-land to go to, family to hang out with and even though she was hardly ever sleeping she was a GREAT SPORT about it! The next trip will be us going to see her and I hope to do that in July at some point! Love ya Auntie Patty!
For Mother's Day we were pretty busy! Emilee and the kids were here on Saturday until Sunday around 10. We had our coffee, bagels, and presents. Patty headed out for a bit and I went to town on cleaning before the rest of the family came over to celebrate March & April birthdays, Mother's Day, and to see Patty. Derek made his "man meat" for the family on the BBQ, Patty left and we all went to bed early! Isn't Mother's Day suppose to be relaxing? For those of you out there that get to rest then I have this to say....WHATEVER! I had fun though! hahaha

Bye, bye Clinto!
Suzie and 35!
Suzie has reached the big 35! It is hard for me to wrap my mind around that one, since she seems so much younger! To celebrate the Lee's went to Hero's on Sunday for an earlier dinner then to Linda's for pie and some outside fun! Baby Hannah is walking all around now and just wants to hang out with the big kids while they play with bikes, bubbles, water guns, and golf clubs (fake of course). It was a nice time, but with church and a BBQ at the Z's house earlier that day I was tired!!!!
