Tackle Tuesdays
I feel like it has been forever since I have done a tackle post! Honestly, I think I should do a 'what do I not have to tackle today' post! haha
Think of all of the things you have to do when you move. Companies that need to be called to notify of change of address, packing (which also means sorting), and all that jazz. So, my tackle today is to take the kids for ice cream after ballet. They need to have a little fun.

Grant Ryan is Here!!!
DeAnne had baby Grant!!! Good job coaching Ryan!
Birthday Sept 23rd at 11:49am
6pds 2ozs
Big brother Nate and big sister Avah
We are just so happy for the Christopher family! We could not see the little man because I have the worst cold ever! I want to see him so bad!!! Go DeAnne for pushing out kid number three!
Running Sisters
Kelsey and Carly are just too cute as sisters. Seeing them together reminds me of my sisters and I. I just can't help it, I am a sap nowadays:)
Here are the girls running, man they are good! Can you run a 5k in about 17 minutes or even 20? I know I can't...but they can. I love these girls and I love being their Auntie.
Our Little One Year Old!
More pictures to come from Lillian's Birthday, but I had to post these two along with her sats.
Lillian is 19pds, 30inches, and in perfect health. She does not walk yet or pull herself up, but she does army crawl all over (too much because I always have to change her clothes). She laughs at everything and is a pure joy to have in our lives!

Moving
I guess I should have been a little bit more clear about us moving in my prior post.
Yes, we are moving and it is not like we really want to move the five of us and all of our stuff. I swear the longer we are together the more kids and stuff Derek and I have:) haha
Here is the story. A few months pack we started getting letters from my landlords loan lender. Well, I sent them the letters and then was told they were not paying their mortgage in order to get a loan modifcation. We have no idea if that is their real plan...so we are OUT OF HERE!! It was horribly stressful, but now the stress has settled down a bit. So out of here and down the street we go! When all is done I will post pics. I am just so sad because I really want to decorate for fall this very minute, but that is just going to have to wait!

Monday Meets Pre-K!!
I did not CRY! No, I did not! I did not cry, can you believe it! Now that I think of it, I am very shocked that Derek was not staring at my face waiting for the waterworks to start. I think that my being sooo dang sick with a horrible cold deflected my tears. Regardless, our little boy started school and as stated in a post before, I am very excited about it! Drew needs the added structure of the Catholic school, Em needs to have time by herself, Lilly needs to..well, nothing, Derek says I need to wake up early anyways, and I need to have a few hours to get some stuff done and exercise. So far, so good on all accounts.
Drew was so excited to go to school. He made me show him on the calendar when he was going, made me show him on my fingers how many hours it would before I could pick him up, he had a little bag with his folder in it all ready, and we packed some snacks for him to fill up on in his Buzz Light year lunch box. We got there on time (some may be shocked) and after 20 minutes we left and Drew stayed waving goodbye. After school, we went to Inn & Out for a burger and shake to celebrate his brave day!
Today, Wednesday, was a little bit more difficult for him. I think because he had to wake up early and he knew that I was leaving him longer. But once we got there he was better and excited to play and learn.

So it begins!
I love being busy doing fun stuff. I am a freak and do love to clean and stay organized, but I HATE when I actually HAVE to do it (i.e Mondays post).
With that being said, I am so happy that soccer practice, soccer games, ballet, now ballet show rehersals, city sport almost here, mom's club is back on track, niece and nephews sport events to attend (sad that no Ty and Hailee) and the start of PRE-K!!
This last Saturday felt like the kick off of my season...yes, I am a dork, but I live for this kind of stuff!
Saturday AM, Cross Country meet for Kelco (aka, Kelsey) and Chuck (aka, Carly). I did not bring my camera, but here is a pic of the kids waiting for the gun to discharge and see Kels run by 'really fast' as Em put it.
Then, Drew-Drew Big Boy had his first AYSO soccer game!!! He is the youngest and smallest on his team, but heck... he is just so dang sweet! I was a little disappoined that only my mom (aka Nana) showed up for his first game, but there are many more games to come in his life. I just hope that it is not just me, my mom, and the girls at his games since Derek works so much. Then again, there are more games in his life.
Then there are my other babies! I miss them so much and to see pics of Hailee playing soccer made my heart ache!
Ty and Hailee had their first soccer games ever in NC! Em is of course coaching a team (Hailee's) and these pictures are from that. I did not get any pics of Tyler, but I hope to get some this weekend! I can not believe how fast Hailee is growing!

Monday Meeting
Meet my life on Mondays! Derek is gone at work, the house is a mess, I have a ton of catch up work to do in what seems very aspect of my life. Here is what I woke up to today.
Emma in a diaper. Emma is potty trained and has been for months, well sort of. She refuses to go 'the glorious #2' in the potty. She gets a diaper and every time she thinks she has to go she SCREAMS until I put it on her. I am just about to stop doing this because I swear that girl walks around smelling, well like hot shit.
Then I walk into the garage to get more milk from fridge #2 and I see this! I hate how I let things pile up, but I just do not have the time! This is just one wall out of four! See these bags. They are clothes that need to be given to people, pool stuff, clothes for Lilly that are too big, and food. I so hate this!
What I hate more than the 'wall of crap' in the garage is this one of two HUGE piles of clothes that need to be washed. No wonder why my water bill is so high!
As I sit at the table drinking my yummy coffee (DD) and eating my turkey sausage I think..."I so do not want to clean the back yard" In fact, we had my side of the family over for family day yesterday and I left it looking like that. Not too bad, but the pic is only from the slider.
Our new bed (a few months old) and my back are sooooo not friends. In this pic my bed is not made and I do not even have the proper blankets on it (thank you Em for peeing on everything), but ya know I sooo do not want to do laundry. I am learning I hate laundry A LOT! So much that we had a BBQ two weekends ago and family day and I did not even make my bed! Okay, so back to my back. When I got home from La Quinta I decided that I wanted to move a table in front of the bed to the outside curb. Well, I know I am strong, but the angle I was attempting to lift from was not the best thing I could have done. CRACK, CRACK, and more CRACK is what I heard (and felt!). Since then I have not been the same:( So my wonderful new bed is not my friend!!
Last night was, 'go upstairs and leave mommy and daddy night.' Which is fun for the kids and us, but not when I got upstairs and noticed this! Popcorn and milk everywhere! OHHHHHHHHHHH! However, I had had one more glass of wine then I should have and went to sleep. Woke to this mess, oh well!
Then there is this 4 year old! Look at this picture, what is he doing?? He is in time out for sliding his baby sister on the floor by her legs backwards. Oh and baby sister means Lillian. He is a stinker and is in time out. In fact he was in timeout for most of the day. Linda do not even go, "oh no!" with a sigh. As much as I do not want to see him go to school next week, I am ready!
So by 12:00 my back was feeling a little better (just waiting for tomorrow when it will hurt again), I cleaned Emma up, tried not to look at the mess in the garage while I tackled my laundry piles, made my bed, cleaned the popcorn, and just kept putting Drew in time out. Oh, I also went to the store, went for a walk, made dinner, cleaned the house, cleaned the backyard, went to the post office, and even watched MAD MEN! Now I sit here while Derek watches football, waiting for my next load of laundry to finish, the silverware drawer and silverware to finish washing since we had an attack from the ants, and then I will soak in a nice bath with my second glass of wine. Oh Mondays!

Girls Night!
Family Day & Jo's Birthday
With so much stuff going on it was nice to sit and hang out with my side of the family. We were suppose to have a salad bar, but the 'P' family misunderstood the invite and brought some very tasty steak. So, we ate, drank, ate some more, drank some coffee, sang happy birthday to Johanna, ate some red velvet cake, drank some more and then everyone left:) It was a very nice time and even though our numbers are going down for family day we had a great time!!

Lee Reunion 2010
I have not posted about the Lee Family Reunion 2010. I have been thinking back and forth about what I would write or even what pictures I would put up. There are so many things to say and pics to show!
So, I have decided to only put one picture and write a little something.
**the next generation of Lee's**
It was a very stressful month of August. I thought that I would just pack and be done with it all. Getting ready for the reunion I mean. However, as the day came closer I realized that I was STRESSED!! I was no longer doing the normal activities that I do and was putting off household chores (I swear when I write 'chores' I think of being 15 yrs old). I was a little overwhelmed, but I did it to myself! Helping with the activities for the reunion....tree planting for Papa, tourney's, meal prep and so on...I kid you not....stressful! When we got there though, I was not stressed and Derek & I did not even fight..wowwow. It may seem silly, but it is true. Even though I was not really that stressed there, I think I drank enough in 5 days to last me awhile! haha. The reason why I even posted the 'addition to weed' post was because of the reunion....I was SPENT! Like I wrote, there is so much to say about the reunion and the above is all you get:)

Meet Baby Sophia
This is Baby Sophia!!!! I can not believe that Max and Evan have this little bundle of joy! Max was in labor for 28 hours, pushed that baby out in 20 minutes, and 8 days later came over to show her off!
Here are Sophia's sats. 20.5 inches long/7lbs, 3ozs/, born on Aug 28th at 12:57am
The hooker crew!
The oh so exhausted parents! Just look at their eyes.
I have a few things to write about all of these pictures as a whole.
Look at Me, Max, Mar! We have known each other since 5th grade, went through our crazy times together, got married, and now this....another baby! While, they have been traveling the world, marrying foreign men, and living their own lives, and I just making babies......we have always been friends. Now, here is Max's first child and in MARCH Marlene will have one too! I love you girls so much!

This is a good one!
Sara 2 sent this to me. Seriously, it is almost my life to a tee. Good thing I have enough energy because I really did get exhausted reading this!! haha
THE NEXT SURVIVOR SERIES
Six married men
will be dropped on an island
with one car
and 3 kids each
for six weeks.
Each kid will play two sports
and take either music or dance classes.
There is no fast food.
Each man must
take care of his 3 kids;
keep his assigned house clean,
correct all homework,
complete science projects,
cook,
do laundry,
and pay a list of 'pretend' bills
with not enough money.
In addition,
each man
will have to budget enough money
for groceries each week.
Each man
must remember the birthdays
of all their friends and relatives,
and send cards out on time--no emailing.
Each man must also take each child
to a doctor's appointment,
a dentist appointment
and a haircut appointment.
He must make one unscheduled and
inconvenient visit per child to the Emergency Room.
He must also make cookies or cupcakes
for a school function.
Each man will be responsible for
decorating his own assigned house,
planting flowers outside, and keeping it
presentable at all times.
The men will only have access to television
when the kids are asleep and all chores are done.
The men must shave their legs,
wear makeup daily,
adorn themselves with jewelry,
wear uncomfortable yet stylish shoes,
keep fingernails polished,
and eyebrows groomed
During one of the six weeks,
the men will have to endure severe
abdominal cramps, backaches, headaches,
have extreme, unexplained mood swings
but never once complain or slow down
from other duties.
They must attend weekly school meetings
and church,
and find time at least once to spend
the afternoon at the park or a similar
setting.
They will need to read a book to the kids each night
and in the morning,
feed them,
dress them,
brush their teeth and
comb their hair
by 7:30 am.
A test will be given
at the end of the six weeks,
and each father will be required to know
all of the following information:
each child's
birthday,
height, weight,
shoe size, clothes size,
doctor's name,
the child's weight at birth,
length, time of birth,
and length of labor,
each child's favorite color,
middle name,
favorite snack,
favorite song,
favorite drink,
favorite toy,
biggest fear,
and what they want to be when they grow up.
The kids vote them off the island based on performance.
The last man wins only if...
he still
has enough energy
to be intimate with his spouse
at a moment's notice.
If the last man does win,
he can play the game over and over and over
again for the next 18-25 years,
eventually earning the right
to be called Mother!

Sweaty & Sweet!
these pics are from a funky thing DeAnne's bro did to my camera,,,,,,,
Drew's soccer practice last week. He is the youngest and smallest on his team. It is kind of hard for me to watch him practice because he is so small, but he is so into it and loving it!! He has done three other sports thur the city, now his first league sport, and 'soon all sports' I think that he is becoming a well rounded little guy. Who knows, maybe he will even dance....ya right, we always ask him.
That night after sweating in the sun for an hour....we headed to McKenna's birthday! It was at My Gym (kind of a cool place) where the kids played (just Drew really, Em is afraid of crowds still) and after we headed over to Jen's. I have written many times about my mom's club and how I am slowing getting to know all of them...this is just another example of how I do not want to EVER move from the city we live! With the exception of Melissa and her family from our old house, I actually feel more at home HERE than THERE. We had such a great time at Jen's and want to continue it....maybe Sunday??
